Yes. We strongly encourage applications from mature students. Your relevant professional/work experience will be considered as part of the application process. You will likely be invited for an interview to discuss your experience and motivation.
You apply directly to TUF International Admissions Portal https://international.tuf.edu.pk that delivers the BTEC Higher National program. You cannot apply through Pearson directly.
- HNC (Level 4): Usually 1 year of full-time study or 2 years part-time.
- HND (Level 5): Usually 2 years of full-time study or 3-4 years part-time (as it includes both Level 4 and 5).
You will experience a blend of:
- Teaching: Lectures, seminars, workshops, tutorials, and guest speakers from industry.
- Learning: Group projects, case studies, practical sessions, and independent research.
- Assessment: There are no final exams. You are assessed through vocational assignments, presentations, portfolios, reports, and practical projects. This continuous assessment method reduces pressure and allows you to apply what you've learned.
